With 37 students tested in 2008, Banks County High School saw a slight drop in ACT scores. With a composite score of 18.6 on a scale of zero to a high score of 26, BCHS saw a decrease of 1.1 points over last year.
While an estimated 62 percent of the state’s eighth grade students passed the math portion of the Criterion-Referenced Competency Test (CRCT), the percentage of Banks County Middle School student passing the test is near 80 percent, according to preliminary reports. [Full Story »]
