The search process to find the next superintendent of the Banks County School System is moving forward.
At a work session on December 18, the board of education received an update on the search to date and planned numerous details of the search, including interview procedures and methods for securing community and employee input. Frank King and Sandy Addis, who are assisting with the search process, met with the board to review activities during the early phase of the search and to facilitate planning for the next steps.
