Because Maysville has a police department full and for no reason, the town is full of dope heads and all the police are worried about is patrolling the library and the Golden Pantry

Well I must say that I am glad the city fathers have controlled our money and saved it for a rainy day. However, I agree we have dope heads walking the streets and driving the streets. Why does the police department not try and stop this? I have never seen them stop anyone other than a traffic stop. It is legal for police to stop and talk to someone who is just walking. Maysville is small and the police should be aware who belongs here and who does not.
