Glenn W. Johnson, 41, of Maysville, formerly of Lawrenceville, died Friday, July 4, 2008.

He was the son of the John W. Johnson, step-mother, Jan W. Johnson, and the late Emma Olivia Johnson.

Survivors in addition to his father and step-mother, include brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky and Debbie Johnson, Chris and Sonya Johnson, all of Maysville; grandmother, Effie Johnson, Belton, S.C.; fiancé, Michelle Blessett; daughter, Anna Blessett, Hoschton; step-daughter, Josie Buffington, Hoschton; step-son, Cody Buffington, Hoschton; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 9, at 1 p.m., in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with the Rev. Hugh Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Maysville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 8, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.

The Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, is in charge of arrangements.
