Two face drug charges in Banks County

Two Maysville residents face drug charges in Banks County. Officers with the Banks County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant late on Wednesday, Sept. 29, at a residence located at 640 Queen Road, Maysville.

During the course of executing the search warrant, officers arrested two Maysville residents and seized approximately four grams of methamphetamine. The two, Virginia Ann Lange, 31, 640 Queen Road, and Ricky Lee Masters, 38, 148 Stoney Creek Road, were allegedly cooking methamphetamine with a small lab.

Lange and Masters were both charged with the manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Both were booked into the Banks County Jail.

Lange and Masters were both released on bond after being charged with conspiracy to manufacture and possess methamphetamine.
The investigation continues by the narcotic unit of the criminal investigation division of the BCSO.

YES THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION IN THE ABOVE ARRESTS BELONGS TO ME.... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE INVESTIGATOR SINCE I FOUND ABOUT THIS.. DUE TO THE FACT THAT I DONT LIVE IN THE COUNTY ANY MORE I WANT TO KNOW WHO I AM SUPPOSE TO CONTACT TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT THIS? IF SOMEONE DOSE NOT CALL ME FROM BANKS COUNTY BY FRIDAY, SINCE I HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES FOR BRIAN LORD TO CALL ME, I WILL FIND OUT WHO HIS BOSS IS THIS.

PLUS PUTTING MY ADDRESS WITH SOMEONES NAME WHO HAS NEVER LIVED THERE IS NOT RIGHT. ALL THAT IS THERE IS AS BURNED MOBILE HOME. MY SON AND MYSELF ARE LIVING IN CHEROKEE COUNTY GA. AND IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL BE MAKING A TRIP TO BANKS COUNTY THIS WEEK END SINCE NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK FROM THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE. I NEED ANSWERS.
