BUFORD – Susie Virginia Eberhart, 88, formerly of Commerce, died Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at her residence.

Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde P. and Ada Mullinax Eberhart. She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and was retired from Blue Bell.

Survivors include a sister, Wilma L. Blackwell, Homer; nephew, Keith Blackwell, Dacula; and nieces, Nancy Sims, Homer, Betty Jo Mattarella, Marietta, and Linda Howard, Largo, Fla.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 30, at 4 p.m., from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Derry Oliver officiating. Burial will be in the Holly Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, June 30, from 3 to 4 p.m.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
