The Banks County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following domestic-related incidents during the park week:

•custody dispute at a Highway 326, Commerce, residence.

•aggravated assault at a Highway 326, Commerce, residence.

•battery – Family Violence Act (FVA) at a Ferguson Road, Baldwin residence. Banks County Sheriff Charles Chapman reported that the complainant made the report of battery for fear that her sister-in-law was going to be badly injured

•custody dispute report taken at the BCSO, Windmill Farm Road, Homer.
