All that tract or parcel of land situated in the 207th G.M. District, Banks County, Georgia, and being shown and delineated as Lot 6 on a plat dated March 20, 1992, by Max Lewallen, GA RLS, and recorded in Plat Book A, Page 33 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Banks County, Georgia, which plat is referred to herein for a more complete and accurate description.
Also conveyed herewith is a 1995 Southern Energy Home, Model 728S, Serial Number DSE2AL8022AB, which is permanently attached to and made a part of the real property.
Said property is commonly known as 54 Hebron Church Rd., Commerce, GA 30529.
The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. All that tract or parcel of land ( the Property), with improvements thereon, lying and being in the 912th Georgia Militia District of Banks County, Georgia, containing 2.62 acres, more or less, being designated as Lot No. 8 Phase II of Hudson Falls Subdivision, as shown on a plat of survey prepared by Russell N. Bartlett, Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 16, 1990, of record in Plat Book 15 at Page 116 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Banks County, Georgia, which plat and the recordation thereof are by reference incorporated herein to aid in this description. Al by Georgia C. Carson and Peyton C. Robinson, said easement being along a sixty (60) foot wide strip running onto the property herein conveyed from the boundaries of said property which are located along the centerline of the roadways to a line which is parallel to said boundaries, all as more particularly shown by plat of survey dated November 11,1986. To: All parties concerned and all interested parties
The petition of NANCY C. WISE, for a year’s support from the estate of LEWIS H. WILLIAMS, deceased, for decedent’s (surviving spouse), having been duly filed, all interested persons are hereby notified to show cause, if any they have, on or before June 7, 2010, why said petition should not be granted.
All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed on or before the time stated in the preceding sentence. All pleadings/objections must be signed before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your pleadings/objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party. Contact probate court personnel at the following address/telephone number for the required amount of filing fees. If any objections are filed, a hearing will be scheduled at a later date. If no objections are filed, the petition may be granted without a hearing.
