COMMERCE – Hilda Chandler Chasteen, 89, died Monday, April 12, 2010, at her residence.

Born in Banks County, she was the daughter of the late W.A. and Sallie Wade Chandler. She was a retired farmer and homemaker and a member of Berea Baptist Church.

Mrs. Chasteen was survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 15, at 3 p.m., from the chapel of Little-
Ward Funeral Home with the Revs. Grady Jordan and Terry James officiating. Burial will be in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 14, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, is in charge of arrangements.
