Incidents reported to the Banks County Sheriff’s Office during the past week included several cases of livestock being in the road.
These reports came from Hwy. 198, Murray Street, Veal Cemetery Road, Hwy. 51, Brewer Road, Russ Ramsey Road, Yonah-Homer Road and Spring Road.
Other incidents reported to the sheriff’s office last week included the following:

•threatening phone calls at a Galloway Drive, Homer, address.
•intoxicated person at a Tanger Drive, Commerce, business.
•suspicious vehicle at a Grove Level Road, Commerce, location.
•suspicious vehicle at a Walkers Way, Commerce, address.
•gas drive-off at a Historic Homer Hwy. business.
•dispute at a Hwy. 164, Commerce, location.
•dispute at a Hwy. 59, Commerce, address.
•burglary at a Pritchett Road, Lula, residence.
•camper stolen from a Chambers Road, Commerce, location.
•abandoned vehicle at an I-85 address.
•suspicious activity at a Dakota Drive, Alto, location.
•domestic dispute at a Moss Farm Road, Alto, address.
•suspicious vehicle at a White Road, Alto, location.
