TALMO – Ollie Jane Ledford, 69, died Saturday, December 19, 2009.
Born in Jackson County she was the daughter of the late Ollie Andrew and Lillie Self Ledford. She had lived in Jackson and Hall Counties all her life. She worked a number of years at Warren-Fetherbone Company and was a member of Faith Tabernacle Congregational Holiness Church. Mrs. Ledford was preceded in death by brothers, Clomer Lamar Ledford, Newt David “Shorty” Ledford and William H. Ledford.
Survivors include brothers and sister-in-law, Charlie R. Ledford, Commerce, and Franklin D. and Violet Ledford, Talmo; sister and brother-in-law, Cynthia Mae and Lee Shelton, Talmo; sister-in-law, Mary Ledford, Homer; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 22, in the chapel of Ward’s Funeral Home with the Revs. Jeff Galley and Jeffrey Galley officiating. Burial was in Talmo Baptist Church cemetery.
Ward’s Funeral Home, Gainesville, was in charge of arrangements.
