The Baldwin City Council set the annual Christmas tree lighting in Baldwin for Friday, Dec. 4. This year’s festivities were discussed at a council meeting on Nov. 9. The festival will kick off at 6 p.m. at the new city park, next to the police and fire departments. The tree lighting will take place at 6:30 p.m.

Refreshments will be served and there will be singing.

In case of rain, the event will be held at the same time on Friday, Dec. 11.
